AN ADVENTURE company has unveiled its newest and most adorable attraction. Tiny Trek, located at Zip World's Betws-y-Coed site, is designed for little explorers aged between two and five and features three mini zip lines, Young explorers will be encouraged to hop, skip, and jump around the course suspended no more than 1.4 meters off the woodland floor, with a participating adult by their side.
Slightly older children are also welcome to try the course. Andrew Hudson, Zip World CEO, said: “We’re really proud to have welcomed Tiny Trek to our Betws-y-Coed site in time for Easter, where little adventurers can experience the thrill of their very first high-ropes experience. “The idea behind launching the adventure was to welcome little ones into the world of adventure from a young age and to show them that they can achieve anything they put their mind to.
“With the Easter holidays in full swing and summer just around the corner, the adventure has already been a huge hit, and we are certain it’ll continue being a popular experience for all of the family to enjoy.” The new addition is described as a "small but mighty treetop course for toddlers". It aims to welcome little ones into the world of adventure by building confidence, resilience, and hand-eye coordination on their very first high-ropes course.
Before starting, children will be equipped with a secure harness system and receive a short briefing and training session. They will then tackle 17 different elements, including tunnels, walkways, and mini zip-lines, with parents having the option to walk alongside to provide support and encouragement on the day. For those not wanting to end the fun after the adventure, Zip World is also offering a special Easter egg hunt to all customers with a booking at its Betws-y-Coed site.
Taking place over the holidays, kids can enjoy helping to find Ffion the Dragon's missing Easter eggs for a chance to win another free adventure of their choice. Tiny Trek is the seventh adventure at Zip World Betws-y-Coed, joining Fforest Coaster, Zip Safari, Plummet, Skyride, Treetop Nets Betws-y-Coed, and Tree Hoppers. Tickets for Tiny Trek start from £10.
