Ziaul Ahsan compared with 'Butcher of Bosnia' Radovan Karadzic

During the hearing, the chief prosecutor said Ziaul Ahsan was at different posts of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) at different times. He was the father of the culture of enforced disappearance, inflicting brutal torture after enforced disappearance, and disposal of the dead bodies after murder.
