I'm Cassio Bobsin, Founder and CEO. Thank you all for being with us today. The highlight of this quarter was the conclusion of the strategic plan we initiated back in 2018 when we decided to evolve from a CPaaS platform to become the most comprehensive customer experience SaaS in Latin America.
After a series of acquisitions held before and after IPO aimed at this goal, the official launch of Zenvia Customer Cloud in mid-October is the culmination of this vision. This was a significant milestone in our full commitment to enhancing customer relationships through a practical and easy-to-use platform full of AI-driven solutions and data analytics to enable brands to create experiences that are personal, engaging employed while making brands sell more and serve their customers better.
