‘You’re a side job’ – Conor McGregor vows to slap the head off Logan and Jake Paul plus KSI

Conor McGregor wants a fight with Logan Paul, Jake Paul or KSI to happen soon. McGregor hasn't treated combat sports fans to a fight since he broke his leg in a trilogy bout with Dustin Poirier in 2021 at UFC 264. He stunned fans on Tuesday by posing for photos alongside the Paul brothers on a bus in Washington DC en route to the inauguration of President Donald Trump .

The viral encounter follows rumours of a fight between McGregor, 36, and the eldest Paul brother, Logan, after the Irishman revealed he was in 'preliminary agreements' to the influencer in a boxing exhibition bout in December. If anyone was unsure of McGregor's intentions going forward, his time spent with the Paul brothers tells a very clear story. "Listen, here's the deal," McGregor said, addressing both Paul brothers on their bus to the inauguration.

"I'm gonna slap the head off the two of you and KSI . "You're mixers to me, do you understand that? Side jobs, a little side job." Paul responded: "You can't even do your main job, how are you going to do a side job? "It's going to be crazy being on a bus with you - if there's a dolly it's gonna be going through a window!" Paul was referring to McGregor's infamous attack on a bus carrying UFC 223 fighters in April 2018, which included his long-time rival Khabib Nurmagomedov .

His actions shattered a window and caused injuries to Michael Chiesa and Ray Borg who were subsequently pulled from the event in New York. The 34-year-old was arrested for his actions and pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct before performing five days of community service and undergoing anger management as part of his plea agreement. McGregor's fight with Nurmagomedov, in October 2018, is arguably the biggest rival in the history of Dana White 's promotion, and concluded with the latter winning their eventual fight via fourth-round submission.

However, it is remembered more for the brawl that followed when Nurmagomedov leaped over the cage and charged at a member of McGregor's corner, while McGregor was attacked by members of his rival's camp in the octagon. In Washington, meanwhile, he continued to go back and forth with Paul throughout the day as it seems he is desperate to get a fight deal over the line. Footage of the pair speaking on the bus caught McGregor whispering to Paul if he could fight him at 190 or 195 pounds.

Paul responds saying he could do 190, but McGregor never acknowledges his response and switches the conversation over to younger brother Jake's blockbuster fight with Mike Tyson . Another interaction at the beginning of the day also tells an alarming story: "It's all sweet here," McGregor told Paul. "You kept your mouth shut, you did.

I thought we were gonna get the fight going...

You're very quiet." "What did you think the best course of action was for that," Paul replied. "Well you're giving it all this Dana this, Dana that, you're f***ing controlled by the WWE as well bro.

"Don't be giving it all this mega stip." Paul has previously asserted that he is '100 per cent' committed to the WWE, having admitted that his year will be his biggest with the huge pro wrestling brand. But another video on Paul's YouTube channel tells a different story.

Paul attended WWE Raw's debut on Netflix at the beginning of January and was filmed interacting with several members of the roster. His most intriguing encounter, however, came when he bumped into Ari Emanuel, the CEO of Endeavor and the TKO Group, which owns WWE and UFC. “Ari, I need one favour from you,” Paul says to Emanuel.

“I need you to greenlight me vs Conor.” The pair then laughed, before mutually saying “seriously”. In the same video, Paul appeared to reveal a phone call between himself and McGregor, during which an Irish voice is heard saying: "This can happen my man for real.

" UFC President White has previously said that McGregor will not fight any of the Paul brothers or KSI. But he may have to budge on that stance if he ever wants to see McGregor return to the UFC. "Eventually," he said when asked if McGregor would fight in the UFC again in 2025.

McGregor still has two fights left on his contract with the UFC, but it's evident where his intentions lie. KSI put himself forward as Paul’s replacement for a fight with McGregor at the beginning of this month. "Let's make this a reality," KSI said on his Instagram story, amid rumours that Paul was not committed to the bout.
