Bolton's next generation of developers have been laying the foundations for their future. Young people wanting to enter the construction industry have been getting real life experience on a multi-million development project in Little Lever. Recently they graduated from the hands-on training programme held at new Creams Mill housing estate being built by Watson Homes.

Lewis Knowles The Construction Skills Academy provided the group with a range of experiences across a variety of trades, offering on-site training in essential construction skills over three months. Liam Knowles, a graduate of the course who has already secured a placement with Watson Homes since the conclusion of the programme, described the experience as “fantastic”.
