A young man has been airlifted to hospital with life-threatening injuries after falling from a car in South Australia . The 20-year-old man from Golden Grove was the front passenger in a Toyota Ute when he fell from the vehicle and was reportedly run over. Emergency services were called to a home on Spiller Rd at Cobdogla in the Riverland region about 1.
