A popular chain restaurant has closed with a loss of 15 jobs. Estabulo, the Brazilian bar and grill, has been at Vangarde Retail Park since September 2020. It is understood to have abruptly closed at the end of October.

A note has been put up in the restaurant’s window. It reads: “Estabulo management, sorry for any inconvenience, but due to circumstances beyond our control, we are currently closed.” It is understood that furniture from the York premises of Estabulo, which has restaurants in Leeds , Doncaster and Wakefield , has been removed.
