MANILA, Philippines — Philippine IT solutions provider Yondu launched its cybersecurity awareness drive in observance of October’s Cybersecurity Awareness Month. It focuses on modern threat detection, incident response, and social engineering defense. Consequently, the initiative reached professional banking, government, and enterprise sectors via specialized training programs, technical demonstrations, and expert-led sessions.

The campaign coincides with a critical moment when high-profile breaches have exposed vulnerabilities in the Philippines’ largest organizations. “Modern businesses need stronger cybersecurity than ever,” stated Dennis Sanchez, Yondu’s Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). “Our managed security services capabilities and understanding of the local threat landscape will help Filipino companies protect themselves against emerging threats.
