Media Release Mangaluru, Nov 14: In a remarkable display of strength and determination, students from Yenepoya Institute of Technology (YIT) achieved outstanding success at the VTU state-level weightlifting competition, organized by Alva’s Institute of Engineering and Technology, for the academic year 2024-2025. The event saw spirited participation from both men and women athletes, with YIT securing multiple medals across various weight categories. Men’s Section: YIT’s male athletes brought pride to the institute by winning medals in five categories, showcasing their skill and endurance.
