Yerin Baek recently called out Ha Sung-woon for plagiarising one her songs for his Love Next Door OST. Just hours later, Yerin's label apologised to Ha Sung-woon and addressed the accusations made by the soloist. Taking to Instagram Stories, the soloist wrote, "It must you to suck copying. feel bad. If you want a song like mine, Please ask me so.



" Following that, Ha Sung-woon's label Big Planet Made Entertainment issued a statement that read, "Ha Sung-woon and Big Planet Made Entertainment were only commissioned by the drama's OST production company to participate as singers and were not involved in the writing, composing or arranging of the song." Yerin Baek's label issues official statementOn October 6, Yerin Baek's label Peoplelikepeople released a statement to apologise to Ha Sung-woon and address the plagiarism row. "We would like to extend our apologies to the fans of our artist, as well as to Ha Sung-woon and his fans, who may have felt uncomfortable due to his name being mentioned.

Our artist happened to come across the track What are we and recognized the similarities between the two songs. She voiced her concerns, referring to the YouTube link where the composer and arranger credits for the track were listed," the label explained. While the label apologised to Ha Sung-won, they didn’t withdraw the plagiarism accusation.

"The overall structure of the song, including the song form, chord progression, presence or absence of syncopation depending on the development, techniques used in the chorus, timing of instruments entering and exiting, fill-ins, and bridge sections, are all strikingly similar between 0310 and What are we. This similarity extends throughout the track and goes beyond mere coincidence."
