Yellowstone stars say they 'haven't spoken to Kevin Costner since he exited show'

The cast of the western series said they have not had any contact with the show's former lead actor since his departure.

Yellowstone cast members say they have had no contact with their former co-star Kevin Costner since he exited the popular western show. Costner announced in June he would not be appearing in the second half of the fifth season of the show and would instead be focusing on filming the movie Horizon: An American Saga - Chapter 2. Yellowstone stars Ian Bohen and John Emmet Tracy told at the premiere of series 5 part B at The Museum of Modern Art in New York City on Thursday night that they have not had any contact with Costner, who played lead actor John Dutton, since his departure.

He picked up a trophy in the Actor International Category for his outstanding acting skills, visionary creativity, and contributions to the film industry. This award acknowledges talent in international media and television across various creative fields including media, culture, arts, sports, and more. When Costner announced his departure from Yellowstone, he cited a break down of contract negotions with the show as the reason for his exit.
