Yellow Submarine and Black Pearl among the boat fleet on Carroll Creek this season

For the past few months, a ragtag group of over 20 Rotarians has been building a boat that's meant to sink. Capsizing is a constant worry for the teams that create the boats that float along Carroll Creek during the Sailing Through The Winter Solstice event, which annually runs from late November through early March.
