Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai TV serial has become a massive hit. So much so that it has taken the top spot on TRP chart. It has finally managed to beat Anupamaa that had been on the number one spot for months now.
In week 45, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai topped the TRP chart by raking in 2.3 million impressions. Anupamaa did 2.

Ruhi gains consciousness in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai In the new precap of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai , we see that Ruhi ( Garvita Sadhwani ) gains consciousness.
She met with an accident when she rushed to a Baba to know the gender of her child. She had to undergo an immediate operation and a baby boy was born to Ruhi and Rohit ( Romiit Raaj ). At the same time, Abhira ( Samridhii Shukla ) went into labour in 7 months of pregnancy.
However, doctors could not save her baby. Ruhi slipped into coma and Rohit decided to give their baby to Armaan ( Rohit Purohit ) and Abhira knowing that his bhaiyaa and bhabhi may not get a chance to become parents again. Abhira had a complicated pregnancy.
But in the precap, we see that Ruhi has gained consciousness and that she is hunting for her baby. During the naming ceremony, Ruhi comes running toward Abhira and snatches the baby from her calling him 'mera bacha'. Abhira, Armaan, Rohit, Manish, Vidya, Kaveri and all are shocked.
