Yankees take a bat to Guardians’ bullpen in 8-6 win in ALCS Game 4; Guards face elimination

CLEVELAND, Ohio — The pen maybe mightier than the sword, but there are times when the bat is mightier than the pen. The Guardians found that out for the second straight game Friday night in the American League Championship Series. They were able to overcome it Thursday night, countering a Yankee display of power with one of their own for a 7-5 victory in 10 innings.
