Former Yankees shortstop delivered a funny burn to his FOX coworkers.

Before the Dodgers beat the Mets Sunday night to advance to the World Series, the panelists on the FOX pregame show were having some fun with a little banter. Derek Jeter took the opportunity to deliver a roast to his colleagues, Alex Rodriguez and David Ortiz, while talking about his day off. “I took my girls to the Taylor Swift concert,” Jeter said. “I got a chance to hang out with a bunch of teenagers and toddlers. Very similar to what I do here at Fox.



” Rodriguez and Ortiz laughed the joke off. The Dodgers secured their fourth win of the National League Championship Series on Sunday with a 10-5 win over the Mets. They will host the Yankees for Game 1 of the World Series on Friday.

After starting the year 0-5, the Mets finished the regular season with an 89-73 record before beating the Milwaukee Brewers (Wild Card Series; 2-1) and Philadelphia Phillies (NL Division Series; 3-1) to advance to the NLCS.
