What else do you expect from Yankees fans? The New York Yankees and Los Angeles Dodgers squared off Saturday night in Game 2 of the World Series, with the boys in blue winning yet again to take a 2-0 lead in the Fall Classic. Los Angeles walked away with the 4-2 victory . With that being said, it’s an off-the-field scene that has people choppin’ it up on social media, and it involves the injury of Dodgers superstar Shohei Ohtani .

With Dodgers left fielder Teoscar Hernandez up to bat against New York reliever Clay Holmes , Ohtani was placed on first base in a two-out situation. Following the first pitch from Holmes against Hernandez, Ohtani attempted to steal second base, but he ended up being thrown out to close out the inning for Los Angeles.



But things got worse for the Dodgers, as Ohtani hurt his shoulder while sliding. Ohtani is slow to get up after he attempted to steal 2nd. pic.
