Friday night’s WWE SmackDown averaged 1.495 million viewers on USA Network, down 13.2 percent from last week.

It’s the lowest audience total of the year for the show, although it’s only SmackDown’s second week on the current network after airing on Fox until September 13. SmackDown drew a 0.45 rating in the 18-49 demo.

That led cable television on the day and was third on all of TV, trailing only college football on Fox as well as the college football pre-game show. SmackDown was down 18.2 percent from last week and tied the last Fox episode for the lowest rating the show has done in that demo in 2024.

As compared to the same week in 2023, when the show aired on Fox so not really a fair comparison, SmackDown’s overall audience was down 32.9 percent while its 18-49 rating was down 28.6 percent.
