Friday Night Smackdown is settling in nicely to their new home on the USA Network, with another action-packed episode on deck. Last week , Cody Rhodes defended his Undisputed title against Solo Sikoa, only to (as expected) get jumped by the Bloodline following his win. Trapped in a cage with nowhere to go, he was rescued by Roman Reigns.
Later in the show, the two signed on to be tag partners at Bad Blood in a match against Sikoa and Jacob Fatu. For anyone wondering who the bigger superstar was of the two, the question was answered later by the pop levels as each made separate appearances throughout the evening. Advantage: Reigns.
This week, the two sit down for as close to a heart-to-heart as they are probably ever going to get. Also continuing from last week was a challenge by Nia Jax to Bayley and Naomi. There's a tag battle tonight and if either of them pin Jax or her partner, Tiffany Stratton, they get the shot at Bad Blood for the title.
