
The sun will shine through much of the region today, however temperatures will be slow to warm up. Northwest winds will gradually batter the region yet again, with sustained winds around 10-20 mph for much of the day, and that keeps temperatures in the mid-30s for the afternoon high. As we head into the week, that breeze will gradually shift to a warming wind out of the southeast for a cloudier day Monday.
A few spots south of Duluth will warm up a good bit, with highs getting into the upper 40s, but around Duluth and to the north, temperatures will still hover around 40. ADVERTISEMENT Tuesday is the day we are keeping an eye on for the chance of some stray flurries sliding through. For much of the region, similar to Saturday, it will not likely bring more than a dusting.
Highs stay in the mid-30s, and then as we head through the rest of the week, temperatures for the most part continue to stay seasonable, with highs in the 40s, and a few spots warming more once you get further away from Lake Superior..
