And no, we’re not referring to a prototype or a miniature model—we’re talking about a fully functional home covering less than 20 square feet, complete with a bedroom, kitchen, and toilet. At first glance, it may appear that only one person can fit inside, but that’s not the case. This astonishing claim comes from YouTuber Levi Kelly, whose video showcasing the tiny home has gone viral.

Inspired by what was previously considered the world’s smallest house, Levi believed he could make an even smaller one—and he accomplished this within a month. The house is built on a trailer with a single axle and includes a seating area, bed, kitchen, and even a toilet. Surprisingly, constructing this home was extremely affordable.
Levi spent only Rs 21,500 to complete it. The space includes a reading nook, a water tank with a cooling unit, a water heater, a filtration and pump system, a mini-fridge, and an electric cooktop. Levi assures that not only can an adult stand comfortably inside, but they can also sleep with ease.
The only potential drawback some might see is its camping-style toilet and the fact that the shower is installed outside. However, Levi doesn’t consider this a disadvantage. He explains that due to the limited space, an external shower was the best option—but if needed, it can be moved indoors.
