Pune: A five-day workshop on holistic progress cards at the secondary stage and standardisation of question paper templates was conducted for 146 teachers of secondary and higher secondary schools from all districts in the city. It was a joint initiative from Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education and Performance Assessment , Review and Analysis of Knowledge for Holistic Development aligned with NEP 2020 to promote equivalence across boards. State council for Education, Research and Training director Rahul Rekhawar said the workshop focused on meeting the transformative assessment demands outlined in NEP 2020.
Hands-on sessions by experts covered creation of assessment rubrics as per HPC, reconstruction of state board question papers, assessment design and blueprint creation, question paper analysis, framing of questions, and preparation of model question papers. State board chairman Sharad Gosavi said the workshop would guide a cadre of trained paper setters for examinations..
