An observation wheel could return to a town’s seafront as early as next week. Work is underway to return the 44-metre high wheel to Worthing’s promenade and Worthing Borough Council said it could be up and running by Monday, April 7. The observation wheel, from City Observations, will allow users to see up to ten miles in all directions and will be based between Worthing Pier and the lido until late autumn.
