Two developments of more than 300 homes in a village are finished and ready to welcome residents. The new houses, built by Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes, are in Westham, near Eastbourne. Made up of two to four-bedroom homes, the developments in Rattle Road were officially opened by the chairman of Westham Parish Council, Councillor Daniel Upton.
Among the homes are two four-bedroom show homes, designed by Blocc Interiors. The developer said the homes are “ideally located” for commuters into Eastbourne, Brighton and London Victoria.
