A woman won £2,000 during a bingo night. Lisa Hills won the prize at the Deluxe in Pelham Place, Hastings, on March 27. Lisa, from Hastings, alongside two of her friends, took part in the Bingo Express Link session, described as a “fast-paced, thrilling game” linked with bingo halls across the country.
She said she was both nervous and excited when her win was announced. “I’ve been coming to this bingo club for years but I’ve never won anything like this before”, Lisa said. "I came along with two of my friends and we all shared the money.

The main bingo hall is due to open in early summer this year.
