A female constable famous for flaunting her wealth on social media was dismissed from service after being arrested for possession of drugs in Bathinda. The arrest of Amandeep Kaur, a Punjab Police officer, unfolded on Wednesday evening reportedly as part of the state’s aggressive anti-drug initiative, Yudh Nasheian Virudh (War Against Drugs). Investigators are now also exploring whether she played a role in smuggling heroin from Firozpur.
