Woman arrested after 45 brand-new cars stolen from Melbourne business

Police believe the offenders broke into a business on Salmon Street in Port Melbourne on Sunday afternoon and stole 45 unregistered cars.

Tweet Facebook Mail A woman has been arrested after 45 brand-new cars were stolen from a car yard in Melbourne. Police believe offenders broke into a business on Salmon Street in Port Melbourne yesterday afternoon and stole 45 unregistered cars between 3pm and 6:30am today. Three of the cars have since been found in nearby streets.

(Victoria Police) A 42-year-old Prahran woman was arrested in Broadmeadows today in connection to the incident and is being interviewed.
