KUALA KRAI: A 72-year-old woman was killed while two others were injured when their car plunged into a ravine here today.

KUALA KRAI: A 72-year-old woman was killed while two others were injured when their car plunged into a ravine here today. The three were travelling from Kuala Lumpur to Pasir Mas when the incident happened at Km81 Jalan Kota Baru-Gua Musang. Kuala Krai police chief Superintendent Mazlan Mamat said: "The 21-year-old driver lost control of the vehicle, causing it to skid and plunge into the ravine.

"The woman, 72, who was in the back seat, died instantly. "The driver and the other passenger, a 52-year-old woman, were injured. They were sent to Sultan Ismail Petra Hospital.
