The Phoenix Mercury will be concluding their regular season campaign against the Seattle Storm on Thursday night, and while the postseason still looms for them, it will be the end of Diana Taurasi's 20th season in the WNBA. 9 RPG, 3.4 APG, 40.1 FG%), and if they make any sort of postseason run, she will likely play a big role in it.

There's no doubt that Taurasi is approaching the end of her career, and some fans are wondering if this will be the final regular season game she plays in. Ahead of the Mercury's contest with the storm, a social media post by the WNBA of Taurasi further fueled that theory. 20 Years of DT 🙂‍↕️ pic.

Rather than wonder about Taurasi's basketball future, though, fans should simply appreciate her play on the court for the Mercury against the Storm and during their ensuing playoff run, because she could be playing her final few games.
