The Winnipeg Jets have signed forward Kieron Walton to a three-year entry-level deal, it was announced Monday. Walton, a 2024 sixth round pick of the Jets, will join the Manitoba Moose for the remainder of the season on an amateur try-out. A product of Toronto, Ont.
, Walton recently wrapped up his third season with the OHL's Sudbury Wolves, scoring 38 goals and adding 54 assists for 92 points in 66 regular season games. In a further four playoff games, Walton added one goal and five points. Since being drafted by the Wolves in the second round of the 2022 OHL Priority Selection, Walton has played in 177 career OHL regular season games, putting up 64 goals and 148 points.
