The snow has moved out for much of the region. However, the winds will still be whipping out of the northwest for much of the day. Highs top out in the low 20s for much of the region, with wind chills dropping toward zero early on, and staying in the single digits through the afternoon.
More clouds return on Friday. However, the wind will start to calm down a little and shift more out of the west. Highs still remain in the 20s for most, but with clouds overnight, lows will only drop into the teens.
