The club's new clubhouse, which was made possible through successful fundraising initiatives, has become a central hub for the community.
Gary Bond said: "We used to just have a portacabin where people went to the loo and stored stuff and we now have a beautiful two-storey building which looks over all of our courts. "It's a hub really where people now socialise, it lets parents enjoy watching their children play and it's really creating more community for the club." The club has a strong focus on sustainability and affordability, and committee member Peter May hopes the new clubhouse will continue to help the club grow.
He said: "We want to keep growing the membership of our community as we have been doing successfully over the last few years. "The clubhouse opens up so many opportunities for us to get community groups in who don't have access to facilities. "We have that now and so let's share it with everyone.
