Willis Lease Finance gets new credit facility

Willis Lease Finance ( NASDAQ: WLFC ) entered into a new , $1B, five-year, revolving credit facility among WLFC, certain wholly-owned subsidiaries of WLFC, as guarantors and Bank of America, N.A. The credit agreement replaced the existing $500M revolving credit agreement, dated as of June 7, 2019.
