Sunny Deol is all set to have a big release at the box office. In a few days from now, the star's fans will get to see him in yet another impactful film, Jaat. Sunny's last theatrical release was Gadar 2, which too emerged as a massive hit at the box office.
With viewers' expectations clearly high, his upcoming film is expected to set the cash registers ringing at the BO. So will it earn Rs 200 crore, Rs 400 crore or Rs 500 crore? Recently, Sunny Deol was asked for his reaction on the movie's expected BO revenue. He told Komal Nahta, Look, I never understood the bracket.
When my film Gadar was being released, I thought I don't know what it is, but it will be something decent, because its fans will definitely come to watch it. The Jaat actor added, But I did not know about the numbers. I was looking at the numbers, sometimes these numbers are happening, sometimes those numbers are happening.
The Gadar 2 star further mentioned, There is an agency which tells, the agency never told about any of my films. I don't understand all these things, what is the reality. While sharing his perspective on the box office numbers, Sunny explained, I believe that when you are traveling, when you are promoting, the way you interact with people and the way people connect with your trade and talk to you, a little confidence starts building up.
Which has happened with this trailer. Wherever you go, I feel a little but still the fear is always there. Along with Sunny Deol, Jaat also features prominent actors including Randeep Hooda and Siami Kher in key roles.
The film will release in theatres on April 10, 2025. It would be interesting to see if Sunny Deol's upcoming film performs as well as Gadar 2. Many are also keen on knowing if it will be successful at beating Salman Khan's Sikandar, which had released on March 30, 2025.
