Is Solo Leveling really over? Season 3 isn’t confirmed yet, but a hopeful message from Atsushi Kaneko has fans buzzing. Solo Leveling Season 2 just ended and wow, what a ride. That final episode? Intense.
Jinwoo fought the Ant King, brought him back as a shadow soldier and saved Cha Hae-In in the most emotional way possible. But now that it’s over, fans are asking one big question: Is there going to be a Season 3? Well, it’s not confirmed yet. But there’s hope.
Atsushi Kaneko, one of the producers at A-1 Pictures, spoke about it during Aniplex After Hours. He explained that the anime is “ending for now," but it could return. “With Episode 25, which will be broadcast soon, the TV anime series Solo Leveling will come to an end, for now.
With the support of everyone, it may continue, or it may not," Kaneko said during a Q&A, as reported by CBR. That means if fans really want a new season, their support might help make it happen. “Personally, I really hope it does.
This anime has made it this far thanks to all of you, so I hope you’ll keep supporting us even after the final episode. Please look forward to the finale," he added. There’s also talk of a recap movie, which could highlight the best moments of Season 2, just like they did at the end of Season 1.
So while we wait, that could be something to enjoy. Now, back to the story. Jinwoo is stronger than ever.
After the big fight, we saw new characters showing up—including a mysterious Chinese S-Rank hunter—and Jinwoo’s missing father appeared briefly, watching everything from the shadows.
