The duo brought back their silly ditty for a whole new generation in video posted to social media on Friday, which was set to the trending song Anxiety by Doechii, 26. While the song delighted many fans, several took issue with Doechii's appearance in the video and accused her of being an 'industry plant.' The original dance saw Ashley Banks (Tatyana) busting a move in her room with her headphones on, but oblivious to the fact Smith had just entered.
Smith attempts to gain her attention, but when his efforts fail, he proceeds to mimic her dance moves before she becomes aware of his presence. In this latest video, soundtracked to Anxiety, Tatyana, 46, is once again wearing headphones as she dances in a living room before Smith, 56, enters. Will Smith went viral as he recreated his iconic Fresh Prince of Bel-Air dance with former co-star Tatyana Ali with a surprise appearance from singer Doechii Doechii made a cameo as the trio danced along to her trending track Anxiety Smith proceeds to copy her dance moves, before Doechii appears and joins in on the fun.

'The Fresh Plant of Bel-Air,' one commented of the dance.
'Most obvious industry plant,' another wrote. 'Those industry plant rumors are becoming plausible,' one observed. 'They could have left Doechii out of it if we're keeping it 100,' another posted.
'Why is the industry forcing Doechii on us,' one asked. 'Why's the plant there?' another asked. Like the original dance, Smith copied Tatyana's dance moves as she listened to her headphones The duo do the exact same moves as their original dance Doechii then appears and joins in on the fun The dance originally came from an episode of the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air But not everyone was happy with Doechii's presence, with several accusing her of being an industry plant 'Doechiiii spoilt it It’s should have been Tatyana and will,' another wrote.
Doechii has been releasing music since she was a teenager and has been climbing to fame before winning a Grammy for her 2024 mixtape Alligator Bites Never Heal. However, that hasn't stopped her from being hit with allegations of being an industry plant. According to Urban Dictionary, an industry plant is defined as 'an artist who has Major/Indie Label backing their movement but presents themselves as a "home grown start up" label to create a pseudo organic following.
Addressing the allegations, Doechii recently told The Cut : 'When people aren’t familiar with the history of an artist these days, they get suspicious. 'I’m pretty detached emotionally from it because I understand where it’s coming from. And to be honest, once you get any conspiracies around your career, that’s just confirmation that I’m going somewhere and I’m doing something right.
