The annual Florida-Georgia rivalry game at EverBank Stadium in Jacksonville was today and while the action on the field wasn't particularly interesting for large swaths of the game, there was plenty of action in the stands. A video has been going viral of a massive fight breaking out in the stands, with police officers fighting against fans in the stands. Part of the clip shows an officer swatting at a man on the ground while another part shows an officer repeatedly punching a man in the head while a woman screams "Why are you punching him?!" We don't know what started the fight, nor do we have a full view of everything that happens during the fight, but it was a wild scene regardless.

"lol police went from breaking up fight to being in it," another joked. "Why would people try and fight a police officer?" a third asked. At least one user speculated that the standing officer started aggressively punching the man he was fighting because the fan appeared to be reaching towards his belt - and potentially towards the officer's gun.
"Touch the belt, get belted. It even looks like the Georgia fan is trying to remove the guys hand from his gun on the other side," a user remarked. But others pointed out that it was likely just a case of the fan trying to balance himself.

com/PLlx75gDJG A member of Barstool Sports claimed that one of the men who were involved in the fight even got tased, which sounds about right since you can hear what appears to be the tell-tale sound of a taser being activated at the very end of a clip. got a little souvenir (the guy next to me got tased) from the Georgia/Florida game! pic.twitter.
com/9l92NZab9D There's no word as of yet if there were any arrests or any injuries that required serious medical treatment. Though given that there were two officers wailing on two men with no protection, we'd be pretty surprised if nobody emerged without at least one injury that needed treatment.
