As the film continues to rule the box office, Malayalam actor Naslen, known for his performance in Alappuzha Gymkhana, revealed that he earlier declined a role in Ajith’s film. According to Mathrabhumi, the actor said during an interview, “Yes, I was approached to be a part of Good Bad Ugly, but at the time, I was filming Alappuzha Gymkhana. The Adhik directorial was a massive project with notable players that ran over two schedules.
But I couldn’t take the position due to my other commitments." Furthermore, he revealed that he was offered the role of Ajith’s character’s son in Good Bad Ugly, which was then played by actor Karthikeya Dev. Karhtikeya is a Telugu actor who portrayed a young Prithviraj in the 2023 action film Salaar, a significant role in the recently released film Empuran and also appeared in the Telugu film Madka.
Coming back to Good Bad Ugly, the film follows the story of AK, commonly referred to as Red Dragon, a former underworld boss. As his wife forbids him from being a part of her and their son’s lives, the man decides to atone for his crime by serving time in prison. However, when he is released on his son’s 18th birthday, he discovers that his kid was framed for murder and drug possession.
