Is Erika Jayne leaving RHOBH?It is yet to be seen whether Erika Jayne will be leaving RHOBH.For the unversed, Jayne is currently involved in an ugly legal trial involving her former husband, Tom Girardi, who has been found guilty of committing financial fraud over $15 million and four counts of wire fraud (via The Direct).Jayne has been accused of spending the illegal money obtained by him.



As per the court documents, she has used Girardi’s credit cards to pay for her expenses of her entertainment career. The financial support was defined as loans in excess of $240,000 given to Jayne.While Jayne claims to be innocent, a judge has been appointed for the case, with the date yet to be announced, which is expected to be sometime after June.

In the finale episode of RHOBH Season 14, the 53-year-old shared her reaction to Girardi’s case verdict. She stated, “Right before this verdict, I was doing so good, I was feeling good, I was excited. And then the next day, I became tired.

I started to want to sleep a lot. I just didn’t want to slide back into that terrible place” (via People).Jayne’s ongoing legal battle has raised questions about her future in reality TV.

Many believe that she might leave the RHOBH franchise to focus on the cases. There are also chances that the channel and makers won’t like to be associated with her after this controversy. Jayne also opened up about her next opportunities with the breaks between seasons happening (via Bravo TV).

She stated, “Could be more Broadway, it’s more music, it’s more performance. It’s going overseas and performing. There’s a lot of opportunities, and I think by just digging in and scratching and really pulling myself together as best possible.
