Wholesome change needed to deal with tariffs

THE tariff rates that are going to be levied on countries around the world are out and understandably, there has been great concern over what that will mean for economies and stock markets around the world. The knee-jerk reaction has been obvious. Markets are digesting the tariff effects and countries are jostling to see what can be done.
