During a court hearing in Dallas on Wednesday, US Magistrate Judge Renee Toliver ruled that King would remain in custody, stating that he was both a flight risk and a danger to the community.

The decision reportedly left him weeping in the court after the ruling. No mercy for the Gestapo.” He also added that the agency was “a secret police force with no real legal authority.” The threats came to light after someone reported them to the FBI through its national tip line.
