When PM Modi met the Kapoors! The Khandaan preps for Raj Kapoor's centenary celebrations

The Kapoor family including Ranbir Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor and others paid a visit to PM Narendra Modi recently to invite him for a film festival celebrating Raj Kapoor.

Recently, the Kapoors travelled to Delhi to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi. All of them met PM to invite him to a Film Festival that is meant to celebrate the 100th birth anniversary of legendary Raj Kapoor. Kareena Kapoor Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Neetu Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Karisma Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Bharat Sahni, Rima Jain, Aadar Jain, Armaan Jain, Anissa Malhotra, Nikhil Nanda and other members of the Kapoor family were present at the meeting.

Kareena Kapoor has now shared pictures. Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan posed with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The actress dressed in a beautiful red suit while Saif Ali Khan dressed in a traditional kurta, pajama with jacket.



Kareena shared these pictures with the caption, 'We are deeply humbled and honored to have been invited by the Honourable Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, to commemorate the extraordinary life and legacy of our grandfather, the legendary Raj Kapoor.' Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan's sons Taimur Ali Khan and Jeh Ali Khan received a special gift from Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He gave them a specially autographed note for the little ones.

Ranbir Kapoor also had a candid chat with PM Narendra Modi. The smiles on their face reveal how happy they were to be in presence of the PM. Karisma Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor and others extended an invitation to PM Narendra Modi to the film festival celebrating Raj Kapoor's contribution to cinema.

Riddhima Kapoor also shared pictures from meeting with Narendra Modi. The PM blessed her as seen in the pictures. Riddhima shared the pictures writing that she manifested that she gets to meet PM Modi and after ten years, her dream came true.
