FOPO (fear of people’s opinions) is creeping into the lives of too many of us. In this age of social media and constant connection, we are bombarded with opinions on everything – from politics to what to eat – from the moment we check our phones in the morning. This constant stream of opinions not only influences how we think but also changes how we act, often pushing us to make choices based on others’ expectations.
