My Money with chef Catherine Fulvio Catherine Fulvio, owner of Ballyknocken House & Cookery School in Co Wicklow Catherine Fulvio is a chef and the owner of Ballyknocken House & Cookery School. She was raised on a farm in Ballyknocken, Wicklow alongside her two brothers and sister. She is also a food writer and TV chef, having penned six cookbooks and has featured several cooking shows – one of which earned her a Daytime Emmy Award nomination.
