'We've been blown away' by school's Easter generosity

Pupils and families have brightened Bolton's Easter season through a heart-warming act of generosity. Parents, teachers and pupils at Bolton School have come together to donate nearly 300 Easter Eggs in support of Homeless Aid UK’s annual Easter Appeal. The initiative aims to bring cheer among homeless families, vulnerable individuals and residents facing poverty and isolation across Bolton.

He said: “These eggs won’t just bring smiles – they’ll bring hope.



“It’s not just about chocolate eggs; it’s about showing love, compassion, and unity with those who need it most.” Mr Ahmed said: “Its moments like these that show the power of community . It’s about teaching our children the true value of giving, not just taking.

” While Bolton School’s generous donation has played a vital role in the appeal, Homeless Aid UK has also purchased additional eggs to ensure that no one misses out on the holiday celebrations.
