West Kitchen & Bar: Bottomless Seafood Brunch By The Swan to make waves in Perth’s dining scene

A new bottomless seafood brunch is coming to Perth! Well-known waterfront venue West Kitchen & Bar is set to launch Bottomless Seafood Brunch By The Swan from February 1, giving foodies the chance to indulge in all their favourite seafood while overlooking the Swan River. The 90-minute session, offered once every Saturday, will begin with a cold buffet of everything a seafood lover could dream of, including freshly shucked oysters, Shark Bay Tiger prawns, Blue Swimmer crab and squid. Following the buffet, guest can then chose a warm meal from the kitchen — the choices are sticky pulled Harvey beef cheek, Cone Bay barramundi fillet, Fremantle seared swordfish, or honey and thyme-baked mini brie.

And if the guests aren’t already full, a selection of desserts will be on offer. To top it off, the session will also include bottomless prosecco or non-alcoholic mimosas. Bottomless Seafood Brunch By The Swan will cost $99 per person and will be available to book every Saturday until winter.
