It offers “Italian cocktails with a modern twist,” like negronis on tap, bellinis, and a signature Amaro Shave Ice.
The latter is made using an in-house Japanese Swan Ice Shaver. Naturally, Italian spirits, Amari, and a solid wine list boasting varietals from the boot-shaped country will also be available for order. Folietta is slated to open in early 2025.
