and Priority Technology Holdings Inc.The settlement benefits any individual or business in California who received a phone call from The Credit Wholesale Co. Inc.

between October 22, 2014 and November 17, 2023.This class action stipulates that claimants can receive a cash payment as compensation for each call they got. Top Class Actions reports that the popular US bank has agreed to the huge payout despite not admitting to any wrongdoing.

PAY UPWhile the payout for each call is estimated at $86, payments be entitled to $5,000 per call depending on the number of claims filed.In addition to the financial compensation, The Credit Wholesale Co. has agreed to stop recording appointment-setting calls to California businesses.
