Here are some of the Quad-Cities businesses that recently opened: La Flama Restaurant now open in R.I. La Flama Restaurant, Rock Island La Flama Restaurant officially opened on Dec.

2 at its new location at 2107 Fourth Ave. in Rock Island. The building was formerly Playmakers Sports Bar and Grill, which closed last year.



La Flama closed its Davenport location in October. The Mexican restaurant is now serving breakfast and lunch, daily, from 7 a.m.

to 2:30 p.m..

Breakfast is served all day till 2:30 p.m. and you can order a lunch item for breakfast.

30 and is located at 702 W. Third St. in Davenport.

It is owned by Jacob Jensen Sr., who has been working on the property with his sons, Jacob Jensen Jr. and Tyson Jensen.

"The bar was first opened in 1901, and we spent the past two years completely rehabbing the property attempting to restore its luster of many years ago," Jensen Sr. said. The cocktail lounge side is good for a "low-key date night," he added.

The music venue next door is set to open next year. The Smoked Jensen, Gatsby Cocktail Lounge "We are operating the cocktail lounge with 18 signature cocktails as well as seasonal cocktails being created," Jensen, Sr. said.
