There are eight weeks to go in the NFL regular season. However, the fantasy football regular season has half that much time remaining. In many fantasy leagues, the playoffs occur from Weeks 15-17.

That means there are only four weeks to go in the regular season, as managers continue to jockey for position in the standings, some in better spots than others. Almost every fantasy manager still has something to play for, whether that's a first-round bye, a playoff berth or even trying to avoid a last-place punishment. So the effort level should remain high for everybody in your league.

As Week 11 approaches, here's some early start/sit advice for upcoming lineup decisions. Kareem Hunt had scored five touchdowns over his previous four games before being kept out of the end zone during the Kansas City Chiefs' 16-14 win over the Denver Broncos on Sunday. That game also brought the 29-year-old running back's worst performance since returning to Kansas City, as he rushed for only 35 yards on 14 carries.

However, there are reasons to believe Hunt will have a bounce-back showing in Week 11. For one, Hunt continues to get plenty of opportunities. He's had 21 or more touches in each of the Chiefs' past five games.

So he's clearly a focal point of their offense. Also, Hunt has a great matchup for this Sunday, when Kansas City goes on the road to face the Buffalo Bills, who are giving up the second-most fantasy points to RBs in the league (per NFL.com ).

Stick with Hunt in fantasy lineups, as he should get back on track. With Brian Robinson still out due to a hamstring injury, Austin Ekeler operated as the Washington Commanders' lead running back again on Sunday. The 29-year-old made the most of the opportunity, scoring a pair of touchdowns and racking up 51 total yards in a 28-27 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

It's possible Robinson will return in Week 11, though Ekeler will still continue to be a factor in Washington's offense. However, Ekeler shouldn't be started in fantasy lineups either way, as the Commanders are going on the road to face the Philadelphia Eagles in a challenging NFC East matchup on Thursday night. Philadelphia is allowing 100.

7 rushing yards per game (the fifth-least in the NFL) and giving up the second-fewest fantasy points to RBs (per NFL.com ). So in order for Washington to win, it will likely need to have success through the air.

Because of that, Ekeler shouldn't be started unless you're a fantasy manager with no other options. Try to stay away from him, especially if Robinson is back in action. After being traded by the New York Jets, Mike Williams made only one catch in his Steelers debut on Sunday.

However, it happened to be a go-ahead 32-yard touchdown grab that lifted Pittsburgh to victory at Washington. Williams could be more involved in Week 11, as the 30-year-old will continue to get more comfortable in the Steelers' offense. That should put him on the fantasy radar, especially because Sunday will bring a strong matchup for Pittsburgh's passing attack.

The Steelers are set to host the Baltimore Ravens in an exciting AFC North matchup. Although the Ravens are 7-3, they're giving up an NFL-high 294.9 passing yards per game.

While George Pickens is likely to lead Pittsburgh's receiving corps, Williams could have a solid showing. And it wouldn't be too surprising if he got into the end zone again. In Week 10, the Minnesota Vikings' offense had a surprisingly rough showing vs.

the Jacksonville Jaguars. Although they produced 402 total yards, they scored only 12 points, with quarterback Sam Darnold throwing three interceptions. Minnesota may have more success on the ground than through the air in Week 11.

The Vikings are going on the road to face the Tennessee Titans, who are allowing an NFL-best 156.7 passing yards per game this season. Justin Jefferson should still be in fantasy lineups, of course, because he's productive in any matchup.

But fantasy managers should try to stay away from Jordan Addison, who has been a bit inconsistent this year. Addison has recorded 36 or fewer receiving yards in three of his past five games, and the 22-year-old has scored only one touchdown over that span..
