
INDIANAPOLIS — It has been a warm and sunny week with several days in the 70s. There are two more 70 degree days on the way. The 13 Weather Team is also tracking big weather changes from Friday night through Sunday.
Now is the time to prepare for strong winds and a few severe storms. Friday and Saturday are weather impact alert days. Friday will be warm and windy with highs between 75 and 80 degrees.
The weather alert for Friday night centers around the potential of severe storms and winds 60-plus mph. The timeline is 10 p.m.
Friday through 6 a.m. Saturday.
The rest of Saturday will be windy with highs in the 70s. Additional storms are possible Saturday afternoon and evening, especially south and east. A few of these storms may reach severe limits.
Stay with us all weekend for updates. Sunday will be a bit of a shock with highs only in the upper 40s. A few showers are possible, too.
